The Met: Live in HD, the Metropolitan Opera’s award-winning series of high-definition cinema broadcasts, distributed in the UK by Trafalgar Releasing, offers a unique opportunity to visit New York from the comfort of your local cinema in 2023. From January – June 2023, seven incredible performances will be broadcast live from the Met stage in New York to cinemas worldwide. Classical Vauxhall is delighted to announce the fourth edition of the acclaimed classical music festival in the heart of London’s most diverse and electric neighbourhoods. Running from March 2nd to 5th we welcome Nicky Spence and Sholto Kynoch, Rakhi Singh, The Julian Bliss Septet, Tamsin Waley-Cohen, Clifton Harrison and Jamal Aliyev.

Lambeth-born Nadine Benjamin joins the celebrations by performing Richard Strauss’s Four Last Songs. The rest of the programme includes Humperdinck’s Overture, Hansel and Gretel, and Mahler’s Symphony No.1 (including Blumine)
